Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Hearth & Hand. Please review our policy on returns and refunds below.
Returns Accepted Within 30 Days. Please return any unused or defective products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Refund to Original Payment Method. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5-10 business days for refund processing.
Customer Pays Return Shipping. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the return is due to a fulfillment error on our part.
Items Must be Unused/Unworn. Products must be in original condition with tags/labels to be accepted for return.Products that are worn, used, damaged, or missing tags cannot be returned/refunded.
Inspecting and Approving Returns. All returns must be checked and approved by our warehouse staff before a refund can be processed.
Return Process: To start a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Clearly print the RA number on the return package. Returns without RA numbers may be refused.
Exchanges. If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We are happy to send replacement items once we receive and inspect the return.
Sale Items. All sales are final. Unfortunately promotional, discounted, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Exclusions. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable. Products that are personalized or customized to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a $5 shipping charge.
Delivery Timeframes
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- UK & Europe: 7-14 business days
- Australia & NZ: 10-20 business days
- Other international: 15-30 business days
Tracking Information will be provided via email including carrier details and shipment tracking number. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Billing Address must match shipping address on credit card. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Customs, Duties and Taxes may be due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of your local customs policies.
Risk of Loss transfers to customer upon our delivery to the carrier. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages.
Insurance is provided by shipping carriers. Additional insurance for high-value packages is recommended at customer’s expense.
Shipping Discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 business days of estimated delivery for investigation.
